WHAT IS FAIRWAY NINETEEN?

Fairway Nineteen is a premium, completely private indoor golf lounge featuring industry-leading TrackMan and PuttView technology. Reserve the space to practice, play world-renowned courses, compete with friends, or simply enjoy golf on your schedule.  The space is un-manned and booked via the link in the website menu, or via our app in the App Store.

IS FAIRWAY NINETEEN OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY?

Yes. Fairway Nineteen is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Reservations are required, and availability may vary.

IS THE SPACE REALLY PRIVATE?

Yes. When you reserve Fairway Nineteen, the entire space is yours for the duration of your booking. There are no shared bays, crowds, or other groups playing alongside you.

​

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER?

No. Fairway Nineteen is open to both members and public users. Public bookings are a great way to experience the space, while memberships provide included monthly hours, earlier booking access, League eligibility, and additional savings.

CAN I TRY FAIRWAY NINETEEN BEFORE JOINING?

Absolutely. Book an hour to experience the space, explore the technology, and see what makes Fairway Nineteen different. If you become a member within 48 hours of your visit, the cost of that booking will be applied toward your first month of membership.

WHICH MEMBERSHIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Social is a great introduction for casual golfers and League participants. Player is designed for golfers who want to visit more regularly, while Tour offers the best value for dedicated players. Corporate provides maximum access for entertaining clients, rewarding employees, and hosting recurring golf experiences.

CAN I BRING GUESTS?

Yes. You are welcome to bring friends, family members, coworkers, or clients. The person who makes the reservation must be present throughout the booking and may not provide door access to anyone else.

ARE LEAGUES OPEN TO EVERYONE?

Fairway Nineteen Leagues are available exclusively to active members. League formats, schedules, entry fees, and prizes may vary throughout the year.

DO I NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED GOLFER?

Not at all. Fairway Nineteen is designed for golfers of every experience level. New golfers can learn and play in a comfortable, low-pressure environment, while experienced players can use detailed performance data and advanced practice tools to refine their game.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY DOES FAIRWAY NINETEEN USE?

Fairway Nineteen features TrackMan simulator technology for realistic course play, practice sessions, games, and detailed shot analysis. Our PuttView system provides an interactive putting experience designed to help golfers better understand speed, line, and break.

​

HOW MANY COURSES CAN I PLAY?

TrackMan offers access to more than 300 courses from around the world, including Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, Quail Hollow, and many more. Course availability may change as TrackMan adds or updates content.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PLAY A ROUND?

Playing time depends on the number of golfers, their pace of play, and the selected format. A single golfer will generally finish much faster than a larger group. If it is your first visit or you plan to play 18 holes with several people, consider reserving additional time.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring your golf clubs and clean golf shoes. Golf shoes are welcome, but spikes are not permitted. Shoes must be free of dirt and mud, and clubs should be clean, smooth, and free of scuffs or markings to protect the balls, screens and equipment.

HOW DO I ENTER THE FACILITY?

Fairway Nineteen is a 24/7 unstaffed facility. Access instructions are provided to the person who makes the reservation. That person must be present throughout the booking and is responsible for ensuring the doors are closed and locked when leaving.

​

WHAT IF I NEED HELP DURING MY SESSION?

Most users find the equipment intuitive and easy to get started with, however a learning curve should be expected if this is your first time on a golf simulator.  If you're worried about using the simulators, we suggest contacting us to setup a brief introduction before your first visit.  If you experience a problem while on-site, stop using the affected equipment and contact Fairway Nineteen for assistance. Texting us at 605-468-2026 is the quickest way to reach us.  Please report accidents, damage, or issues as soon as possible.

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?

Yes. Food and drinks must remain on the provided counters or tables. They are never permitted inside the simulator, on the PuttView surface, or over any turf areas. Please remove food, beverages, and perishable trash at the end of your reservation.

​

IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED?

Guests of legal drinking age may bring alcoholic beverages, but Fairway Nineteen does not sell or serve alcohol. Underage alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. All beverages must remain off the simulator, PuttView, and turf areas.  Any alcoholic beverage containers and/or empty containers must be removed at the end of your visit.

WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT FACILITY RULES?

Only one person may be in the hitting area at a time. Always check that everyone is safely outside the swing area before swinging. Clubs may only be swung in designated hitting areas, and every shot must be directed toward the simulator screen.

​

Please keep shoes, clubs, and golf balls clean; keep food and drinks away from all turf and equipment; respect the facility; and leave promptly when your reserved time ends. Complete policies are available on our Rules and Regulations page.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF MY RESERVATION?

Please finish your session and exit promptly when your booked time ends so the facility is ready for the next reservation. Clean any surfaces you used, remove food and beverages, dispose of perishable trash, and make sure the exterior doors are closed and locked.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL A BOOKING?

Booking changes and cancellations are subject to Fairway Nineteen’s current cancellation policy. Please review the policy before booking or contact us if you need assistance with an existing reservation.
