Membership monthly costs and all initiation fees are non-refundable.  Members agree to abide by all stipulations mentioned in the Membership description.  Annual memberships are a 12-month commitment.  Members are encouraged to cancel bookings they won’t be using to free up that slot on the schedule for others, but booked hours WILL count toward their monthly allowance.  Public Users can cancel bookings, but no refunds will be issued.
