Membership monthly costs and all initiation fees are non-refundable.  Members agree to abide by all stipulations mentioned in the Membership description.  Annual memberships are a 12-month commitment.  Members are encouraged to cancel bookings they won’t be using.  Public Users can cancel bookings, but no refunds will be issued.
